Standard plans give you the Aitane product as is. With Aitane FDE, our engineers join your organization to implement your own fields, flows and system integrations, and stay through adoption. All standard product features remain available.
Pricing is quoted individually based on scope, the systems to integrate, and team size. After the first discovery session we confirm the scope and provide a phase-by-phase estimate.
Yes. We integrate with major tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, with Slack and Google Calendar, and with internal systems that expose an API. Specific systems are confirmed during discovery.
Yes. Starting from sales, we can extend to estimates, approvals, ordering, scheduling — the whole set of tasks around a deal. We prioritize in discovery and expand in stages.
No. FDE engineers handle environment setup, permissions, and data migration. We only ask for tasks that must be done on your side, such as issuing accounts on existing systems.
Discovery and reviews combine on-site visits with online sessions. Full-time on-site presence is not required; we agree the cadence for each phase with you.
